Is the Nocciolí website safe and reliable?
Nocciolí has equipped the nocciolistore.com website with the most rigorous security measures to guarantee the protection of personal information.
For this reason, the Nocciolí website is equipped with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data.
Nocciolí does not retain any credit card information following payment.
What is a Nocciolí account?
By creating an account on Nocciolí you will be able to:
- Save and manage your personal information.
- Track all your orders online.
- Receive information on the latest Nocciolí products and events.
By clicking on the "Account" icon, you can create your account and start customizing your nocciolistore.com preferences.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Account” icon at the top right of the screen and select “Forgot your password?”. For security reasons, a link to reset your password will be sent to you at the email address you provided. Once you have logged into your account, you will be able to change your password.
Nocciolí offers you the possibility to modify all the information on your profile by clicking on the “Edit” icon within your personal account.
You can delete your account directly from the “My profile” section by selecting the “Delete my account” option.
Payment methods on the Nocciolí website
Nocciolí accepts the following payment methods for online purchases: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. An authorization request will be sent to your bank. Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card. We do not currently accept gift cards.
All transactions carried out on the nocciolistore.com website are highly secure. We have set up an SSL encryption system to protect your personal data and payment information. Nocciolí will not store your credit card details.
We have also raised the level of payment security thanks to the 3D Secure system for participating Visa, Mastercard and American Express circuits. In fact, at the time of payment, the bank will verify the identity of the card holder before validating the transaction. Authentication is different depending on the bank responsible for this operation. For any questions regarding the 3D Secure code, please contact your banking institution directly.
Furthermore, our Customer Service will be able to carry out checks and will contact you before approving the transaction and confirming the order in order to prevent fraud and protect your privacy.
What are the shipping methods, times and costs?
Free Standard Shipping for all orders over €50. For smaller orders the fee of €8 applies
Delivery time: 3-5 working days.
Note:
- An order placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
- Deliveries take place during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The courier will make 3 delivery attempts ; after the third, the order will return to our warehouse. Once the order has been placed, it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address.
How can I track the shipment of my order?
All orders are sent with a trackable shipping service and, once shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing the link to track the progress of your package. After 24 hours from sending the order it will be possible to follow the shipping status by accessing the tracking page on the courier's website.
How can I return my order?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products you have received, if you have simply changed your mind or if you have received a non-compliant and/or damaged order, you can request a refund.
